Although there is no formally established an Office of Investor Relations this function is performed by the Market Relations Representative. Where necessary, the representative provides to the market of all relevant information regarding significant events, facts classifiable as relevant facts, disclosure of quarterly results and response to any requests for information by investors or the general public on financial information of a public nature.
